Kore Kombat Fitness offers classes for Women Only.  These classes are designed to empower and motivate women in new and practical ways.  Women have specific needs and goals when it comes to their fitness and self-defense, Kore Kombat Fitness designs our classes specifically to address those needs.  Develop power, increase your energy, decrease your body fat and maximize your personal potential through the use of martial arts training.

These are no ordinary aeorbics classes and you will not get bored.   Women have reported coming to class feeling tired and weak but after class they feel positive, strong, and energized. These classes will provide you with an excellent work out and give you the energy you need to fulfill the many demanding roles you have in life.

Women have two seperate courses that will meet your every fitness goal and self-protection need.

  • Kombat Fit / Self-Defense
  • Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Women’s Self-Defense / Kombat Fit

This class will teach the proper techniques for kicking and striking as well as increase your endurance.  The instructor leads women through a series of self-defense techniques as well as through the Kombat FitTM circuit.  This hour long class will make you sweat and give you the energy you need to fulfill the many demanding roles you have in life.

Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

This Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class is for women only.  You will learn Jiu-Jitsu techniques, submissions, and strategy.  This is the only style that delivers on the premise of a smaller person being able to defeat a much larger attacker which is perfect for women’s self-defense.   This hour long class will give you the confidence you need and the energy you want.
